Paul stayed until 11:30pm to make sure all the customers in the store got setup and were working correctly. Paul knows a lot about all the phones and how to use them. Give this store a chance to earn your business with their excellent service. Plus my bill is going to be half of what I pay at Verizon currently....for a newer phone and more data. WIN WIN
